Abstract

The article talks about the reforms carried out in the field of management at the present new stage of development of Uzbekistan, improving the activities of governing bodies and managerial personnel, the role of ethical and aesthetic culture in the activities of managerial personnel, spiritual factors in achieving moral and aesthetic maturity of managerial personnel.
