Abstract

The purpose of this article to define one of the forgotten traditions of Uzbekistani people, and analyzing its economic and social benefits. Article also provides some definition of forgotten custom – gulab making, as well as history and the significance of this tradition in daily life of ancestors of Uzbek people are also determined. From the economic aspects, by organizing flower harvesting festival Uzbekistan can attract many foreign tourists. Additionally, from the exporting expensive rose oil, that produced from flower, Uzbekistan may boost its financial budget.

Additionally, in this paper market penetration strategy of gulab is discussed and several arguments are recommended. There is also information about flower products, which are currently selling on the world market.
