Abstract

This article substantiates the problems associated with the implementation of state environmental control in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the fact that a large number of government bodies authorized to carry out state environmental control has a negative impact on its effectiveness. according to statistical data. In addition, based on an analysis of the experience of foreign countries, it is proposed to create a single body of state environmental control.
