Abstract

The problems of developing elementary mathematical concepts are one of the goals of teaching children mathematics and improving the educational process in preschool education. This means that in order to develop mathematical concepts in children, it is necessary to know the features and laws studied in pedagogy, philosophy, logic, psychology and a number of other fundamental sciences. This article discusses the theoretical foundations of mathematical development of preschool children.
