Abstract

This article has scientifically proven that the encouragement of labor at enterprises is one of the main factors for increasing labor efficiency, the forms of labor encouragement at enterprises are implemented in tangible and intangible forms, and as a result, they harmonize the goals of the employee and the company, and employees perform their activities with enthusiasm.
