Abstract

This research aims to (1) describe the moral values in Ma'parapa oral literature at Rampanan kapa' event in Toraja. (2) to describe the implementation of moral values ​​in Ma'parapa oral literature at Rampanan kapa' event in Toraja in Literature Learning. The type of research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The results showed that in ma'parapa oral literature there are moral values ​​in ma'parapa oral literature at the rampanan kapa' event in Toraja. Data collection techniques were carried out by 1) Observation technique: this research was conducted by going directly to the research site and directly observing, recording directly the oral literature of ma'parapa. 2) Listening technique: This research was conducted directly by listening to speech in ma'parapa' oral literature. 3). Literature study technique: this research was conducted by collecting documents from books, journals and other library materials. 3) Documentation technique: This research was conducted by collecting all documents related to ma'parapa oral literature. The results showed that 1) moral values contained in ma'parapa' oral literature implied in the rampanan kapa' event include: The values of courtesy, humility, gratitude and religion, 2) The implementation of literature learning is always teaching moral values to students , in their daily lives, also teaching students to always be grateful for all life, blessings, which God gives.
