Higher education clinics play a crucial role in providing healthcare services to students, staff, and the surrounding community. Effective management is required to ensure that healthcare services run smoothly and meet quality standards. This study aims to analyze and discover a clinic-based healthcare service management model in higher education institutions. The research was conducted at three universities, one private and two public, located in North Sulawesi Province. This study used a case study method with a multi-case study design. In this research, the researcher acted as the main instrument. Data were collected using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted by applying an interactive model consisting of four components: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing. Based on the research results, clinic-based healthcare service management is carried out through planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. This is determined interactively with personal and environmental factors from the clinic head. The nature of this interactive influence is formed individually and simultaneously with clinic-based healthcare service management. Based on this, a clinic-based healthcare service management model was constructed in higher education institutions. This model discovered requires further research with quantitative methods to test the significance of the interaction between factors that function as supporting and inhibiting factors. Additionally, this model contributes to efforts promoting clinic-based health in the university environment and achieving the goals of the healthy campus program.
