Abstract

This is a scientific articleis devoted to issues of improving liability for offenses related to the illegal circulation of crypto-assets,According to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, concepts such as the concept of crypto-assets, distributed register of information, crypto-exchange, mining-money, crypto-depository, crypto-store were analyzed.

The author also commented on the types of offenses related to the circulation of crypto-assets, responsibility for them, the prospects for the development of national legislation based on statistical data and scientific analysis of foreign practice.

The author saysnon-availability of alternative sanctions for this offenceCode of Administrative Responsibilitycan be considered contrary to the stated humanitarian principle.
