Self-Control Efficiency: The Path to Perfect Behavior
Abstract
Although in the past our ancestors did not study the Psychological Laws of mankind as a specific scientific direction, however, in the works, manuscripts of allomas, a lightening, analysis of these cases is observed. As we get acquainted with the psychological views of Eastern thinkers, we learn how some laws have been discovered that their quest to study the Psychic Life of humans and animals dictates with what theory and practice they are at different historical stages of people's lives. It should be noted that the valuable thoughts of allomas about the spiritual and spiritual maturation of the individual have their place and significance to this day. In particular, the pedagogical and psychological views of thinkers such as Abu Nasr Farabi, Abu Rayhan Beruniy, Abu Ali Ibn Sina, Yusuf Khos Hajib, Jalaliddin Rumiy, Alisher Navoi, today serve as the methodological basis for the development of science. At this point, it is also necessary to interpret that the views on a person, his behavior are not only in our land, but also the views and theories of the authorities of many European countries. Behind this article, we want to dwell on The Theory of Bandura. In recent years, Bandura has incorporated a postulate of a self-governing mechanism to explain his personal activities and changes to his theoretical installations (Bandura, 1977a, 1989b, 1989c). The concept of self-control refers to the ability of people to recognize the ability to build behavior that is appropriate to a specific task or situation. From the point of view of Bandura, self-efficacy or conscious ability that can withstand certain situations affects several aspects of psychosocial activity. How a person evaluates his effectiveness, the efforts to expand or limit the type of activity for him, overcome obstacles and disappointments, the ability to solve some kind of problem. In short, self-assessment of efficiency affects behavior, motivation, building behavior and the emergence of emotions. According to Bandura, people who are aware of their effectiveness work harder to do complex things than people who seriously doubt their capabilities. In turn, the high efficiency associated with waiting for success usually leads to good results and thus contributes to self-esteem. On the contrary, the low efficiency associated with waiting for failure usually leads to failure and thus reduces self-esteem. In this regard, people who consider themselves unable to cope with difficult or dangerous situations, most likely, pay too much attention to their personal shortcomings and are constantly tired of criticizing themselves about their incompetence.Banduraning aytishicha, o'zini "muvaffaqiyatsizlikka layoqatsiz" deb bilganlar ko'proq muvaffaqiyatsiz stsenariyni tasavvur qilishadi va hamma narsa yomon bo'lishiga e'tibor berishadi. Muvaffaqiyatli bo'la olmaganlik motivatsiyani susaytiradi va qurilish harakatlariga aralashadi ”(Bandura, 1989c, p. 729).
