Abstract

This Article presents the author’s reasoning about the norm of “presumption of a human’s rightness”, its types in the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, conflicts between legislation and the Constitution the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as proposals for eliminating them.
