Abstract

This article describes the results of research on the study of the technological features of storing corn suitable for cultivation in the northern regions of Uzbekistan. In this, the main technological and biochemical indicators of corn varieties selected for experiments were analyzed. As a result of the research, scientifically based conclusions were made.
