Education management practices are fundamental to the success of educational institutions. Effective leadership, curriculum and instruction management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement contribute to creating an environment where students can thrive and achieve their full potential. By addressing challenges and continuously improving practices, schools can enhance their efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately leading to better educational outcomes and a positive impact on students, families, and communities. Policy reforms in education have significant impacts on management practices within educational institutions. This research article examines the influence of various policy reforms on education management, focusing on how these reforms shape administrative strategies, instructional practices, and student outcomes. By analyzing recent policy changes, their implementation, and their effects on educational management, this study aims to provide insights into the ways in which policy reforms can drive improvements or present challenges in the field of education.
