Abstract

This article examines the possibility of improving the knowledge and specialization of graduates of higher education institutions, increasing the role of scientific and pedagogical personnel of higher education management, the need to encourage and introduce effective management methods, and the important factors of achieving improvement of quality management mechanisms.
