Abstract

the article examines the issue of the features of the development of professional competence of a teacher through the means of self-educational activities, since the professional competence of a teacher is an integrative personal education based on theoretical knowledge, practical skills, significant personal qualities and experience, which determines the teacher’s readiness to perform teaching activities and ensures a high level its self-organization.
