Abstract

This article provides information about the method of associative experience used to determine the image of a person or a nation reflected in the minds of language speakers - the associative verbal portrait, and the procedure for conducting it. It was proved that the associations formed by Uzbek speakers serve to describe the general associative verbal portrait of a person or a nation.
