Abstract

The article discusses the mechanisms of formation of antisperm antibodies in men and their influence on fertility. Special attention is paid to the role of immunoglobulins G, M detected by the MAR test method, and their impact on natural conception. Modern methods for diagnosing immunological infertility are described, as well as effective measures for the prevention and treatment of this condition, including intrauterine insemination and in vitro fertilization. The article emphasizes the importance of timely treatment of inflammatory processes and post-surgical intervention control as key aspects of prevention.
