Abstract

The increasing demand for education in our society, coupled with the integration of global educational practices into our national system, has led to a rise in the number of non-governmental educational institutions, particularly private schools. Organizing the management of private schools in a way that takes into account the needs of the community is essential. This article presents the results achieved in a private school where community-based management has been implemented, as well as the research findings aimed at increasing the effectiveness of community-based management.
