Abstract

This article is devoted to the mechanisms of improving management competencies of directors of school educational organizations. It was emphasized that the role of leadership is important in the development and importance of school education. The article shows the importance of improving the main types of management competencies of directors, for example, pedagogical, financial, innovative, social and strategic competencies. Also, attention is paid to the practical aspects of competencies and mechanisms of their improvement, which are necessary for the organization of effective management in the field of school education.
