Abstract

This article provides an extensive and multidimensional analysis of the policy of gender equality and its institutional frameworks within the broader context of fostering women’s entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan. It reviews the legislative foundations, existing national programs, financial and social support mechanisms, and highlights examples of successful international practices. The study emphasizes the economic and social importance of promoting gender parity in entrepreneurship, presenting strategic recommendations to expand opportunities for women in business. Additionally, it explores the transformative role of technology and international collaboration in overcoming systemic barriers, ultimately aiming to create a sustainable and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem. The article underscores how a blend of innovative policies, community engagement, and targeted interventions can lead to a profound impact on both the entrepreneurial landscape and gender dynamics.
