Abstract

This article discusses the issues arising in preschool education institutions related to child-rearing and provides recommendations for their resolution. The challenges faced by preschool education organizations in Uzbekistan and globally are analyzed, with a focus on the key factors that cause conflicts and hinder the overall development of children. Recommendations are made to improve the current state of early childhood education, address shortages of experienced personnel, enhance financial resources, integrate innovative methods, and strengthen cooperation with parents to ensure holistic child development.
