Abstract

Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) has garnered significant attention for its practical, student-centered approach to language learning. This article explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in TBLT, focusing on an experiment conducted with 18 accounting and finance students at the International School of Finance Technology and Science in Tashkent. The experiment involved assigning a task that required students to use various AI tools to enhance their learning outcomes. The results demonstrate the potential of AI tools in improving student engagement, task efficiency, and learning efficacy. This paper provides a detailed analysis of the methodology, results, and implications for using AI in TBLT, supported by recent research and scholarly works.
