This study addresses the barriers foreign language teachers face in acquiring grants, emphasizing the role of skills development and institutional support in overcoming these obstacles. Despite the growing importance of grants in educational advancement, many teachers encounter difficulties in writing proposals, managing funds, and navigating the application process. The research identifies key challenges, such as lack of training, financial literacy, and inadequate institutional backing, that hinder teachers' success in obtaining grants. The study also explores the role of professional development programs, mentorship, and institutional collaboration in overcoming these barriers. By examining these factors, the article offers strategies to improve grant acquisition for foreign language teachers, ultimately enhancing their ability to innovate and access resources for better teaching outcomes.
