Abstract

This study explores Quranic guidelines related to health, immunity, and disease prevention, and compares them to the practices of ancient civilizations such as the Egyptians, Greeks, and Babylonians. The research aims to highlight the compatibility between Quranic principles and scientific understanding of immunity, health and wellness, while examining historical health practices through a mathematical lens.

By analyzing relevant Qur 'anic verses and ancient medical texts and using epidemiological models, this paper assesses the effectiveness of these health guidelines in promoting wellbeing and preventing disease. The results show that the Qur 'anic focus on hygiene, diet laws, disease prevention and mental health is highly aligned with modern scientific concepts, showing similarities with ancient Egyptian and Greek medical practices, especially in hygiene and dietary regulations.

However, while ancient Babylonian practices were more rooted in magic and superstition, they still provide insights into early health concepts that are linked to Quranic teachings. Through mathematical modeling and disease transmission analysis, the study found that communities practicing Quranic health guidelines have historically shown lower infection rates and improved immunity.

These findings support the importance of Quranic health principles in contemporary public health strategies, and offer a holistic approach to improving immunity and disease prevention in the modern era. This research emphasizes the importance of integrating ancient wisdom with modern science and emphasizes the potential benefits of adopting Quranic health practices in public health policy and disease prevention strategies.
