Abstract

Teacher burnout is a growing concern in the field of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) education. The psychological and emotional toll placed on EFL instructors not only affects their professional performance but also has far-reaching consequences on student learning and institutional effectiveness. This article explores the causes, consequences, and coping strategies related to burnout among EFL teachers, drawing on recent empirical research and theoretical frameworks.
