Abstract

This article explores the broader application of the acmeological approach in the development of professional training for future personnel. It focuses on the enhancement of professional competency, the integration of advanced pedagogical practices, and the practical use of effective methods and strategies. Additionally, the article examines students' inclination towards studying and self-directed learning, while highlighting the significance of discovering and nurturing creativity within educational contexts.
