Abstract

. This article provides a scientific analysis of innovative approaches, modern methods, seminar-training systems in the development of managerial potential of heads of secondary schools and their impact on professional competencies. Based on indicators that determine the effectiveness of management, an improved pedagogical system has been developed and the effectiveness of its practical application is highlighted.
