Opportunities for Developing Youth Economic Activity in the New Uzbekistan Based on the Principles of Openness, Transparency, and Honesty

Economic liberalization in modern societies increases youth importance in economic development because countries seek to create inclusive economies based on innovation. The government of New Uzbekistan uses state reforms based on transparency and openness alongside honesty to create opportunities for youth economic involvement. National development requires these reforms to utilize youth entrepreneurship for enhancing economic growth strategies. The investigation of youth economic activity through Uzbek socio-economic conditions has not received comprehensive analysis regarding ethical-aesthetic values and historical traditions including master-apprentice methods. The research goal assesses the theoretical along with methodological and cultural criteria that advance youth economic initiatives in Uzbekistan alongside opportunities for ongoing growth based on national standards and market dynamics. The research demonstrates that youth economic conduct emerges from societal ethical standards while maintaining value in traditional educational systems including crafts mentoring programs. Cultivating entrepreneurial spirit in youth creates positive linkages between societal progress and cultural preservation and social duty. The research introduces unique findings through its analysis of youth economic development by connecting economic modernization to ethical and aesthetic learning traditions and moral guidelines from local culture. This study indicates that policy initiatives for youth entrepreneurial stimulation must strengthen ethical values while maintaining cultural history as well as provide structural support and financial aid to create robust economic activity with social unity.
