This article is aimed at describing the most characteristic differences in the linguistic worldviews of representatives of linguistic and cultural communities and ways of neutralizing cultural barriers by means of translation that can cause “failures” in the process of mediated bilingual communication. Culture is a unity, a whole, in which the development of one side, one of its spheres, is closely connected with the development of the other.
