This article analyzes the pedagogical necessity and prospects for the use of multimedia educational technologies in the process of vocational education. Multimedia technologies provide visuality, interactivity and an individual approach in the educational process, which helps to increase the efficiency of students' knowledge acquisition. The article studies the advantages of multimedia technologies, areas of application and their positive impact on the educational process. Recommendations are also developed for the wider introduction of multimedia technologies, including specific directions for developing infrastructure, retraining teachers and integrating innovative technologies into the educational process.
