Abstract

This article explores the distinct characteristics of legal translation within the realm of documents and contracts. Legal translation is not simply a linguistic task but a multifaceted endeavor that necessitates legal expertise, cultural understanding, and precise terminology. The research evaluates numerous varieties of legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and official certificates and recognizes the difficulties translators encounter in preserving legal equivalence and preventing misinterpretation.
