Abstract

This article analyzes one of the basic principles of human rights — the right to justice and equity. The article highlights the role of the judicial system in the protection of human rights, the main guarantees of transparency, independence, and impartiality of the court. The possibilities of citizens to seek justice through the courts based on national and international regulations are also analyzed. The article aims to reveal the importance of fair justice in the development of society and to show the role of judicial system reforms in ensuring human rights.
