Abstract

This article explores how the use of a professionogram can assist young individuals in consciously and correctly choosing the teaching profession in the future. It emphasizes that, in organizing the teaching of the professionogram in a profession-specific manner, it is crucial to indicate which knowledge and skills, and especially which abilities and personal traits, contribute to the effectiveness and success of education. Based on this professionogram, the article presents an analysis of how well future specialists teachers are prepared for their profession in terms of quality.
