Preschool Education Direction Technology for the Development of Sanogenic Reflex in Students

This article covers the issue of the formation and development of sanogenic reflex in students studying in the direction of preschool education. Sanogenic reflex is seen as an individual's ability to analyze, control their thoughts and emotions and maintain a healthy psychological state. The study is based on the fact that this skill is important in professional activities, in particular, in the work of educators. During the work, diagnostic tests, interviews, observations and experiments were used, technological approaches aimed at increasing student reflective competencies were developed and tested in practice. The results obtained indicate that an increase in the level of sanogenic refraction significantly affects the professional-emotional stability of students. At the end of the article, promising directions and methodological proposals were expressed in this regard.
