Abstract

This article analyzes Abdulla Qahhor's stories "The Thief", "The Headless Man" and "The Horror". The socio-critical content of the story "The Thief" is depicted in the image of the hero of the work, Qobil Baba, who depicts the simple, naive and gullible image of the people of that time, while the story "The Headless Man" analyzes the issues of women's lives, forced decisions in the family, violence and moral decline
