The Importance of Early Diagnosis: Identifying Speech Disorders in Children Aged 2–3 Years

This article explores the importance of early identification of speech development problems in children aged 2–3 years. Throughout the study, methods such as observation, structured interviews, and diagnostic tests were used to analyze children’s speech activities. Particular attention was paid to phonemic hearing, vocabulary development, and acquisition of grammatical structures. The article provides scientific evidence that early diagnosis allows for timely detection of speech delays and effective implementation of preventive speech therapy interventions. The research findings underscore the necessity of organizing speech therapy services based on an individualized approach.
