Abstract

This article examines the effectiveness of gamified learning environments in developing legal writing competence among law students in the digital age. Integrating game-based elements into legal education not only enhances student motivation and engagement but also improves critical thinking, structured argumentation, and the effective use of legal terminology. The study highlights how digital platforms and virtual learning tools, when combined with gamification strategies, contribute to strengthening students’ legal writing skills. Furthermore, the comparison between traditional approaches and gamified learning environments reveals significant advantages in terms of interactivity, learner autonomy, and sustainable skill development.
