Abstract

This article depicts the methodology in using ESP classroom especially emphasizes reading and writing skills. It is believed that in order to develop reading skills, students should be taught to read in a variety as well as working on passages. One significant aspect of teaching English as a second or foreign language is the instruction of English for Specific Purposes. The primary distinguishing characteristic of ESP is believed to be its development of a unique methodology for certain instructional components, alongside its research which incorporates insights from various disciplines beyond applied linguistics.
