Abstract

This article explores the rich and diverse children's folklore of the Kushrabad region, focusing on songs and sayings that have been passed down through generations. It provides numerous examples of seasonal songs, play songs, and popular sayings, highlighting their cultural significance and educational role in child development. The study discusses the symbolic meanings and social contexts of these songs and sayings, emphasizing their role in fostering playfulness, cheerfulness, and moral values in children. Additionally, the article explores the connection between traditional folklore and modern children's speech, noting the evolving nature of these expressions over time. This research contributes to the preservation and understanding of regional children's folklore and its role in cultural transmission.
