The Aesthetic Education of Students and Youth through Public Holidays and Cultural Events is Seen as a Methodological Problem

This article analyzes the methodological problem of aesthetic education of students through mass holidays and cultural events on a scientific basis. The theoretical essence of aesthetic education, its role in the personal development of students and youth, and its pedagogical significance are highlighted. Also, methodological difficulties encountered in the effective organization of events are analyzed - such aspects as superficiality of educational significance, passivity of students, incomplete disclosure of aesthetic content, and lack of continuity. Practical measures to eliminate the problem are proposed - ways to involve students as active participants, improve the artistic quality of events, ensure the harmony of national and universal values, and systematically organize aesthetic education.
