Individual Approach to the Development of Student Competencies

Abstract

The most important digital competencies and pedagogical technologies for effective work in the modern educational environment are considered. Methodical approaches practiced in the sphere, along with methods of improving the quality of education, are also touched upon. The article is for the general reader. Issues of ensuring the integration of students in natural science, general professional and special subjects, the formation of such competences as designing, constructing, investigating phenomena and processes by new technologies, and improving methodology for their preparation for professional activity, individual approaches.
