Abstract

In this article, the influence of the level of psychological safety in the organizational environment on the work motivation of employees is analyzed from a socio-psychological point of view. Psychological safety is interpreted as an environment that allows employees to express their opinion freely, to work without fear of criticism and mistakes. The influence of leadership style, quality of team communication, level of social support and mutual trust on motivational processes was studied. In teams with high psychological safety, it has been determined that employees have high labor efficiency, initiative and desire for professional growth. At the same time, it is proved that the creation of a safe psychological environment is closely related to the leader's empathetic approach, a fair communication system, and the support of a positive psychological environment. It serves to develop practical recommendations for increasing motivation and creating a healthy work environment in organizations.
