Abstract

This article will assess the intensity of migration processes taking place in our country and highlight the socio-economic nature of the employment of the population in some countries of the world, the problems that arise in the provision of employment in some countries of the world, the measures taken by the state to ensure employment of labor resources in our republic. In place of the conclusion, the widespread use of national and international legal foundations, organizational and sociological levers in the regulation of the consequences arising in the issue of employment of the population has been studied.
