Abstract

This article provides an in-depth analysis of the pedagogical necessity of developing the professional competence of future teachers through spiritual ideals. The study scientifically substantiates the impact of spiritual and moral values on the formation of the teacher’s personality, the improvement of professional skills, and the effectiveness of the educational process. It emphasizes that the teacher’s spiritual worldview, inner conviction, and humanistic qualities play a leading role in professional activity and contribute to fostering positive moral values among students.
