Linguacognitive Features of Homonyms in English and Uzbek Languages

This research investigates the linguo-cognitive features of homonyms in English and Uzbek languages. The research focuses on how factors influence the understanding of homonyms and how cognitive processes help language users distinguish meanings based on situational context. Through a comparative linguistic analysis, the study reveals that homonymy is an important phenomenon reflecting both linguistic structure and cognitive mechanisms in human thinking.
