Abstract
The comprehensive, well-thought-out and well-thought-out policy of the first President of the Republic of Uzbekistan IA Karimov on reforming, liberalizing and modernizing our country, diversifying its structure, which has made us aware of the negative effects of the crises and other threats were discussed in this article. It is widely reported that the strong financial barrier had been a strong and reliable means of protection, and that the Uzbek economy was affected by the global financial and economic crisis of 2008 as a result of economic reforms.
