Abstract
In the last year, e-government has emerged in Europe and has established itself as an alternative channel for the provision of public services. Currently, in most developed countries, e-government is being used in developed and active sectors of society. European countries, transition economies have recently started to recognize its advantages and included e-government as a part of their national strategy.
