Abstract
The securities market can be defined as a set of economic relations and institutions serving these relations, ensuring the mobilization of free monetary resources and their transformation into investments by issuing special financial documents - securities. The securities market is a mechanism for interaction between its participants regarding the issue, placement and redemption of securities.
