Legal Status of Plenum Decisions

Abstract
This article discusses the legal status of the decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court in the countries belonging to the Anglo-Saxon and Romano-German legal families, its specific features and the main aspects related to its use. In the article, the implementation of the decisions of the Plenum by the courts and their different use in different countries, as well as the advantages and disadvantages arising from it, are highlighted through examples.
