Effective Mechanisms to Prevent Torture of Suspects, Accused Persons and Defendants

Abstract

In this article, preventive mechanisms of torture during the interrogation of the suspect, the accused and the defendant, who are considered participants in the criminal process, are analyzed on the scale of our country and foreign countries. Based on international experiences and principles, suggestions are made to our national legislation.
