Matters Relating to the Procedural Status of the Investigating Judge in Criminal Proceedings

Abstract

this article analyzes issues related to the procedural status of the investigative judge in the criminal process. Most notably the emphasis was placed on issues of mutonocity boundaries between judicial review, prosecutorial oversight, and departmental oversight. In addition to national and foreign legislation, this article also analyzes the opinions of scientists.
